Title: Weird screenshot problem
Post by: ?ltraviolent on 2007-07-08 22:09:06
Took some nice pics last night, and wanted to share them with you guys. Much to my dissapointment though, i found out that all my screenshots that i've been taking were pitch black and all had the same filesize.
Anyone know wtf could be wrong here?

Try changing your antialiasing settings, i.e. disabling FSAA. I used to have the same problem at one time.

Well in my case, screenshots in UT do not work, when I run the game in a Window instead of full screen. May this be the reason?

nVidia 8800 series graphics card? If so, then it's a driver issue that affects all Unreal Engine 2.5 based games. Try using OpenGLDrv.OpenGLRenderDevice or run the game windowed. Or wait for nVidia to fix it.

might also be worth giving xfire a try for its built in screenshot function you never know it might work.
