Try XxxXComp: http://www.utzone.de/include.php?path=content/download.php&contentid=4657 (http://www.utzone.de/include.php?path=content/download.php&contentid=4657)
And have you tried UTComp? It has CPMA hitsounds, ones similar to TAM's hitsounds.

Thx for the Link, there is a missunderstanding:

or did I missunderstand the mutator? Is it possible to use it on a network-game? If yes, how to do so?

Oh, I see. You'd like to have hitsounds while playing on a server that doesn't have them. This is indeed impossible, a server must run a hitsound mutator for clients to hear them.
