Description:
NoTauntBinds is a mutator that stops people from using animation taunts, also
called Gestures, to be used in combination with movement or fire actions. These
taunt binds are considered cheating, because the taunts can move the player
outside his hitbox (the place someone has to hit in order to damage him), which
unfairly throws off the enemy's aim.

NoTauntBinds detects any animation taunts that are combined with movement or
fire actions, tells the cheater that it's not allowed to do that and disables
the keys that do this. In practise this means that the cheater can't properly
walk or shoot and becomes a sitting duck. :D

Comments:
This functionality was originally in AntiTCC, but Wormbo allowed me to use his code and compile it to a mutator.
Adding this mutator to the ServerPackages is not necessary. Loading it will do.

i 've yet to see someone that cheats this way except from Tar using the pelvic thrust when he carried the flag on a manta wing :-X

crouchshots mutator on the other hand ..now that should return to the server even ;D

Alot of people try this on instagib servers, works especially well on lograv as you have enough time to see the whole animation. Its confusing to fight someone with this on but i had no idea it moves the hitbox, guess thats why they do it! I dont think its very effective for servers like ours tho.

I've seen Raze doing that, was pretty disturbing :(
