ugh, as i said i didn't want to turn this into an argument - so here are the facts:

I was going for the flag (after all this is vctf) and had a lg in my hands. On seeing a defender by the flag i shot him once. After this shot i realised he was typing, but reasoned that that's his fault as he could have been saying anything about anyone, and should have chosen a better place to do it.

As far as i can recall it was a regular teamswapper again... So i found it extremely annoying of Jonny here to typekill me and then use a speedcombo when i was alone there anyways. If he payd alittle attention to what was going on he knew about this also.

I am not an admin and therefore rarely pay attention to the teams/scores, let alone team switchers, so no i didnt know that was happening. Seeing no wrong in it, i shot you again and you died, then i used speed to escape my many persuers. Halfway down that small map i was kicked. I explained all this in the 1st post i made.

There is only one side to this story, and it's the one i've told - im not trying to make any1 look bad here, just felt it was unfair. As for mitchrix, he does know what happened as i xplained in my 1st post, but he was onnly joking about the ApA admins neway, so don't take it out on him:

If something like this happens to u again, Jonny (or to any of u wh0rez) I suggest to raise ur voice - otherwise those damn admins get too cocky

My exact nick for this incident was ma?me?[ApA], so there shouldnt be hard to come to me ask what this was all about instead of posting in this forum would it?

Imo, Molgans post is right, and the way maxmex should have handled this. I don?t want this to be an argument, and frankly don?t care anymore ? but what I have said is what happened, and I thought it was unfair at the time.

I wasnt finished afterall when the involved parts dont contact me in irc or other private mediums but continue trying making me look bad i have those further comments (thread locked):

Jonny: I saw ingame that you knew u did typekill me, the fact that i was already dealing with teamswappers and u did this together with speedcombo back was enough for me to kick you. You should always pay attention to what happens to teams and so on anyways if your an admin or not. A simple kick isnt that hard punishment is it? I think i also explained this kick to you when you rejoined the game, dont remember anymore. This isnt about you actually, it is about Mitchrix judging others by presuming what happened.

I got only one thing to say to you dude: go analyze your own attitude before you judge someone actually trying to do something. Actually the only thing your good at is complaining, but when it comes to doing anything yourself your short. Yes, i know i have done stupid things as admin, and yes i did apologize for it afterwards to the one involved. But that just never happened to be you... How do u know i think your stupid btw?
